Healthy cows and healthy land make healthy food for healthy people. No herbicides are ever used on our land.ย Winter hay is purchased locally.ย Calves are sourced from small dairies. Supplemental grain is rarely used.ย Slaughter and butcher are performed by local, small businesses with great integrity.ย Respect for animals, people and land is paramount.
